Yesterday, I just purchased a one month subscription. I wanted to try it out. Today, I received an email with a $7.00 coupon. Can I use the coupon on next month's subscription?
I tried a one month deal. I went back for a 12 month. The toys are awesome. My lab loved the ball in last month's box. He plays with it all day and has not ruined it. First toy he has not been able to destroy! Thanks for creating such well thought and amazing boxes for our power chewers.
I have three bullies.... But I'm not sure how I would get started for a one month for each one... At the end it asks how much the dog weighs... Well each one is different... Any suggestions?? Pls help
English bulldogs are never supposed to chew on rawhide treats. I have put off subscribing wondering if rawhide treats are sometimes included. Please advise. Thank you!
We are not affiliated with Bark Box. Yes, our toys are good for any and all power chewing breeds. We would love for you to try us - and I am very confident you will be extremely pleased.
I am impressed by your customer service and look forward to the boxes. I am confused about how to use the service. I have purchased a 3 month subscription do I need to pick out the box or is it automatically sent each month?
Yes absolutely! At the checkout page, there is an "order notes" section. Please fill your request there and we will cater to your dog. There are also 5-6 items per Bullymake Box.
just wondering if i choose to only recieve the toys because of my dogs allergies will i get the same value of box with toys as the box that has both toys and treats.. i guess im asking does it include an extra toy to replace the treats that i am not getting.. ??
When I purchase the one year subscription, will I be charged each month, or will the whole total be charged right away? That's the only thing holding me back. I was getting the bark box, but the toys were not strong enough for my english bulldog, even though he is the tiny little runt.
That is really unfortunate. I want to do the year one but thats way too much to pay for it upfront from my budget. This subscription would be fantastic. For my dog if I could do the month to month with a more manageable price coming out every month like bark box does. I don't want to pay more per month because I can't afford the upfront cost. Really disappointing. This was perfect especially since we live in a rural area with not a lot of places selling strong toys. Very disappointing.
Bark box does a month to month payments. I can cancel at any time. I was looking into this because my dog destroys most toys but there is no way I can afford the yearly cost. I think that the monthly coast is expensive as well compared to the $20 a month I pay for Bark box.
Hey Jill! I understand your concern. That is how we operate in order to provide you, the consumer, the best value in each box. If you want monthly billing we do have the one month option! Thank you much for your understanding.
I love that you feature Great Danes on your page! They might not be a bully breed, but they sure are a powerful breed. With that being said, do your boxes ever include stuffed toys? My Dane will chew any toy, but loves a good stuffy the most!
Hello! I just purchased a 6-month subscription for my 9 month old pitbull. I never found where I can put her weight in. Where can I put this in my account ? Thank you!
Hello I'm interested in your bully box subscription. I'm currently using bark box but my dogs are destroying the toys in 2 seconds and the "heavy chewer" box doesn't have many toys in it and I'm paying a decent amount for it. What i do like about bark box is its all made in the USA things. Their treats are all natual, organic, healthy, no by products, no artificial flavors or colorings. Are your treats like that? I have 2 white pits. One of them has a very sensitive stomach (no allergies) so I try to stick to natural treats.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!
-Katie
Hi Katie. Yes, our treats are like this. We also cater around allergies. You can specify your dog's allergies at the checkout page under the "Dog's Information" section. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
I have an 18 months old Doberman Pinscher male who goes through toys in minutes, even the "tough toys". I'm thinking of trying your 1 month option. Would it be easy to switch plans if the bullybox is successful?
Yes Amanda. It's very easy. All you have to do is call in and we can handle it for you. Or, you can cancel your previous subscription and order a new one all online without our assistance. Either way works!
Are the treats made and distributed in the USA? If not what countries do you purchase from? Also you do by weight/size so even a smaller (35 lb) dog who is a power chewer can get something designed for his size correct? Thanks
Yep! At checkout you can specify your dog's allergies and we will work around them. Or you can specify for "toys only" in the section where you enter your dog's information on the checkout page!
I have been hoping to see a review of your products from other Great Dane owners' but I haven't seen much. If you were to ship a ball or chew toy are they large enough to not be swallowed by Great Danes? For the balls, we have been buying the enlarged tennis balls with a 7 inch diameter. Very interested in an answer as not many places service very large breed dogs.
If I don't want the treats because one of my dog has to have specific brand of treats is there a spot on the order form to mark this? I see you replace the no treat with an extra toy and that would be perfect.
What is the correct process to change to a toy only box if I decide to change my original choice. We have 3 German Shepherd puppies and I am waiting on our first box to find out if I should change.
Pete's happy n says thank you he loves all toys the chicken sweet potatoes treats is his favorite the esophagus interesting loved also the deer bone didn't like don't send bones other than that he loves everything else thkx can't wait to see what next box holds ~ thanks Herbie and Dana & Pete I was wondering if I ordered on 2/2/2016 my next comes on March 2 right ?? How does it work?
I have a 6 month old Great Dane who's 100lbs. I'd like to get him a box to try out the service and goods. However, toys that are great for him right now may be too small for him in 6-12 months. I assume your toys are built to last at least that long, but I'm curious how to go about my first order. For instance, he loves tennis balls and chews them to pieces in no time. But I also know that they'll be too small for him in just a month or two due to the potential for him to choke or swallow them. Please advise.
Hey Mike - we only send the most durable toys on the market. We also 'grow' with your dog. Whenever you want to update your dog's weight, just contact customer service!
Hi there! I have a 50 lb. pit bull who is DEFINITELY what you would call a power chewer. I am wondering if I should select a higher weight to account for him mega muscley cheeks so the toys selection matches his jaw strength? Or if it will be fine with me putting his actual weight. Thanks!
There have been many good questions and answers, but the replies seem to stop in April 2016. I would like to see replies to the rest of the good questions and concerns for May-June 2016. This is the first I have heard of the Bullymake Box and am deciding if this is something to invest in.
Hi I am wondering what you thought of these? I have a 10 month old pit and am interested in trying this but curious if they will stand up to his powerful playing.
This is the first time I've heard of Bullymake and so far, these subscription boxes sounds like it will be the best fit for my 70 lb. Great Pyrenees/Red heeler mix. I was wondering if I order a month subscription, is it possible to receive a box every 2-3 months instead of 3 consecutive months?

Is there way to request different items? My first box came and my pup loves the two toys it came with, but there were soon many treats. I'd rather him get more toys and fewer treats. Is that possible?
I am considering getting a box for my 60lb pitty who destroys toys in a matter of seconds. My question is do you also cater to Presas? Thinking I may get one for my sister as her Presa is growing quickly and of course chewing on everything and destroying everything in it's path.....
It certainly could have shipped already. You will receive automated tracking via email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well for your tracking (just in case!)
I want to order a one month box but I was wondering if you could tell me the process of canceling the subscription in case this does not work for my dog?
I received my first box today. So far both toys in there have had the tops chewed off and little tid bits are all over the floor for me. I really thought I would win with this one!
Hi I have a shepherd and would love to get him this but he cries when there squeaky noise makers in the toys. Can I get a box specifically without sqeakers?
I have a 15 month old female lab how is a power chewer she loves to destroy her toys even the ones that are made not to be destroyed lol would u have anything that would make her happy and not be toy less? Lol
This sounds like a great idea however, if you are Canadian like me... we have to pay the exchange rate PLUS $8 for shipping to Canada. If I order today, it would be $46 USD in total for 1 month with shipping. Add on the exchange rate and that shoots up to $60.36 CDN Dollars. :-( I would love to get this for my Danes but i can go to my local Pet Valu and do the same for a fair bit less.
Just wondering if anyone in Canada who has ordered could give me an idea of how long it took to get their box. The shipping information for the company they use has not updated. It says the item had left the seller's facility 5 days ago but still hasn't arrived at the shipping company??
Has anybody gotten one of these boxes that has a Great Dane? Last time I purchased a subscription box the toys were so small he could fit all 12 in his mouth at once.
I rescue dogs and its hard at times. Ive gone to local stores to get help and they tell me either no or give me false numbers to call

Would this company be willing to donate to 6 fur babies they are large dogs and love to play
My dog has some severe allergies (no poultry, grains, wheat), can you specify boxes for certain dogs or will I sometimes receive things I can't use? Thank you
First, if these toys can't be destroyed or, at least, will last a long time, why do we need so many toys? Second, we have a large mixed breed who can destroy a Kong in a couple of weeks, if he has other toys to destroy at the same time. It won't last much more than a few days if he focuses on just that one. Are your toys better than a Kong? What do you do differently that makes your toys better?
If you want a prompt reply to your questions, you should click on "live chat", instead of posting them here. I had some of the same questions as you, but after perusing their website, I found the answers without needing to contact anyone from customer service. They provide descriptions of some of their toys included in recent boxes, the materials they're made of, plus a FAQ section. The company makes no claim that the toys they send "can't be destroyed", but what they DO offer is a 14 day guarantee.
"If your dog destroys any toy we ship within 14 days, let us know! We will ship you a replacement that’s rougher and tougher!"
Although, Bullymake designs and manufactures some of the toys they send, not all of the things in each box are their own brand. If your dog destroys a Kong within a couple of days, it's unrealistic to think he won't eventually destroy the toys they send, too. I have a voracious chewer at my house, too. But, if ANY toy lasts for over 2 weeks, I consider it a huge win! They provide "durable" toys, not miracles!
Well we believe our toys are the best on the market. We don't product anything in China. If you want to compare our Rubber toys to Kong, we believe our Rubber is the highest quality rubber and we add additional compounds to make it especially tough.
We also carry a guarantee on everything - so that's a plus :)
And for what it's worth, the response from Bev - she isn't affiliated with us :)

Thank you,
Peggy Michelin
Absolutely you can! - contact us at [email protected] and we will further assist you.
Just order one how long will it take to ship to canada?
I forgot to enter my code at checkout for $6.00 off. Any way I can go back to do that?
Of course, we can refund your account for the month.
Do you get different toys every month?
Hey Kathlene.
Yep, new toys every single month!
I tried a one month deal. I went back for a 12 month. The toys are awesome. My lab loved the ball in last month's box. He plays with it all day and has not ruined it. First toy he has not been able to destroy! Thanks for creating such well thought and amazing boxes for our power chewers.
Thanks for your awesome feedback, Michelle!
What ball was it? Can I just buy 5 of those? I have a lab too and he destroys all of his toys so fast!
I have three bullies.... But I'm not sure how I would get started for a one month for each one... At the end it asks how much the dog weighs... Well each one is different... Any suggestions?? Pls help
Hi! You can checkout once and put in one dog's weight.
Then checkout again, and put the other.
Then checkout a third time and put the last one's weight.
OR
You can simply order one subscription and put in all 3 of their weights into the field.
English bulldogs are never supposed to chew on rawhide treats. I have put off subscribing wondering if rawhide treats are sometimes included. Please advise. Thank you!
We never send rawhide in any boxes, ever!
Yay! That is huge for me!
The website says you get between 4 and 5 products per box. When I did you tube reviews I saw a box with only 2 items? Is this common?
No. Those were our old Bullymake Boxes that were priced at $19/each. Our new boxes come with 5-6 items each. This month's box has 5 items.
How much are they priced at now?
Would this be good for a husky and a whippit? They have already destroyed the toys from the super chewers by Barkbox. Are you affiliated?
I have this question too.
We are not affiliated with Bark Box. Yes, our toys are good for any and all power chewing breeds. We would love for you to try us - and I am very confident you will be extremely pleased.
Do you ship to Australia?
Not currently but soon we will!
When will this be available in Australia?
I am impressed by your customer service and look forward to the boxes. I am confused about how to use the service. I have purchased a 3 month subscription do I need to pick out the box or is it automatically sent each month?
Hi Teresa! We spoke on the phone so you should be good to go :)
Never used you .....bought my first box today...is there a contact # for customer service?
Not at this time. All customer care is done via our live chat and our e-mail address: [email protected]
It says 4-5 toys and treats. My dog has allergies, can I forego treats and only get toys?
Yes absolutely! At the checkout page, there is an "order notes" section. Please fill your request there and we will cater to your dog. There are also 5-6 items per Bullymake Box.
If you opt out for treats do you get more toys?
Yes! You do :) We provide 2 additional toys when opting-out of treats.
Hi, I ordered my box on July 21 and the order still says processing, when will it be shipped?
Thank You
Hey Julie! Hoping you got your Bullymake Box by now. Just now seeing this! Let us know if any issues.
just wondering if i choose to only recieve the toys because of my dogs allergies will i get the same value of box with toys as the box that has both toys and treats.. i guess im asking does it include an extra toy to replace the treats that i am not getting.. ??
Yes, we replace the treats with an additional toy, Gail!

Hi Tracy.
A One year subscription is charged upfront for the entire year. Bark Box works in a similar fashion I do believe.
The upfront payment is what allows for the lower monthly price. I hope this helps! Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Robbie. Treats are from South America, Europe, and North America. We always cater by weight, and we have PLENTY of customers with a 35 lb dog!
How do I cancel my subscription ?
Hi. Contact us through any method listed in the contact page, or cancel it yourself within your account options.
My adorable bully has food allergies. Can you opt for more toys instead or certain kind of treats?
Yep! At checkout you can specify your dog's allergies and we will work around them. Or you can specify for "toys only" in the section where you enter your dog's information on the checkout page!

Can your products withstand the vigorous chewing and play of three Newfoundland males? Locating safe products for my kids is a challenge.
Yes! We cater the toys by your dog's weight. We have plenty of happy Newfoundlands on our hands.
If I don't want the treats because one of my dog has to have specific brand of treats is there a spot on the order form to mark this? I see you replace the no treat with an extra toy and that would be perfect.

Hi! Just call or e-mail us and we will take care of it :)
My account was charged for my second bullymade on Feb. 8th. How long does delivery take.
Do you ship to The Yukon Territory in Canada? Would love to sign up!
Yes! We ship all over Canada :)
I have 3 dogs and I get one bully box a month they absolutely love it when it comes in just wondering how I would go about changing my order?

Are these toys Great Dane friendly my dogs destroy toys within a day or 2... ?
Yes of course! We cater to TONS of Great Danes :)
If I order a three month subscription for my bully, will the three boxes come in a row, or will they be spread out equally over a year?
They are spread out over time. After the first box, the next ships 30 days later!

Please put his current weight. We deal with tons of Pits and only send the most durable stuff around! :)
I forgot to add my discount code for $10 off at checkout. Is there any way I can go back and change this?
Thanks so much!
Please contact live chat or [email protected] and they will take care of you!
Hi, I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil and have an English Bulldog. Do you deliver it around here ? Thanks
Oi Jose! Not currently but soon :)
There have been many good questions and answers, but the replies seem to stop in April 2016. I would like to see replies to the rest of the good questions and concerns for May-June 2016. This is the first I have heard of the Bullymake Box and am deciding if this is something to invest in.
Please contact live chat for any questions!
How do you screen the safety of the products you provide in your boxes?
We test them with lots of different pets! And all the products are from reputable and proven companies.
ok just signed up for a 6 month trial. I have three 80 lbs Pits we'll see how well your toys and selection do. I'm excited to test them out. Aloha
Hi I am wondering what you thought of these? I have a 10 month old pit and am interested in trying this but curious if they will stand up to his powerful playing.
Sounds good James! Let us know if you need help.
Not at this time. The best option for that is simply to order a 1 month Bullymake Box and then cancel. Then re-order when you want another box :)

Hello,
Is there way to request different items? My first box came and my pup loves the two toys it came with, but there were soon many treats. I'd rather him get more toys and fewer treats. Is that possible?
We do have a "Toys Only" option where treats are replaced entirely with toys. However, we can't swap 1 treat for a toy. That is our closest option.
I am considering getting a box for my 60lb pitty who destroys toys in a matter of seconds. My question is do you also cater to Presas? Thinking I may get one for my sister as her Presa is growing quickly and of course chewing on everything and destroying everything in it's path.....
If your dog is a power chewer - we cater to it! We only send the toughest toys on the market :)
I have two huskies, would one box be enough for both of them a month?? what exactly comes in the boxes??
Thank you!
Yes! I would opt-in for the extra toy option when prompted. That box will come with 3-4 toys and 3-4 treats!
My dog has serious food allergies & can only eat prescription food & treats. Is it possible to get toy only boxes?
Yes it is! At the checkout page under "Allergy Preferences" you will see an option for TOYS ONLY! Please select this :)
Hi,
I ordered a bully box 5 days ago, and the status still says "processing".. does that mean it is on the way?
It certainly could have shipped already. You will receive automated tracking via email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well for your tracking (just in case!)
I want to order a one month box but I was wondering if you could tell me the process of canceling the subscription in case this does not work for my dog?
Hi Danielle! Just contact our live chat team or email us at [email protected] and we will promptly handle your request :)
How do I log into my account? I don't see any place on your web site. I wanted to see when my next box would ship?
Currently the "My Account" area is under maintenance! We can handle any and all requests via our live chat or at [email protected].
I received my first box today. So far both toys in there have had the tops chewed off and little tid bits are all over the floor for me. I really thought I would win with this one!
Did you contact customer care? We will replace those for you if you received the box recently! Thank you :)
Hi I have a shepherd and would love to get him this but he cries when there squeaky noise makers in the toys. Can I get a box specifically without sqeakers?
We typically never send squeaky toys so you are in the clear there :) they just aren't usually tough enough.
Is there a spot on the website where I can see examples of a few of the boxes?
All of our product pages have images of previous boxes sent! Thank you :)
Yes! On any of our product pages by choosing the 1, 3, 6, or 12 month plan. All have images on past boxes.
I have a 15 month old female lab how is a power chewer she loves to destroy her toys even the ones that are made not to be destroyed lol would u have anything that would make her happy and not be toy less? Lol
We cater to tons of power chewers like yours and have a 10 day guarantee on all toys we send!
Yes, Canadian Exchange rate does apply. All boxes do exceed their retail value significantly, however - so keep that in mind!
Hi,
I have a 4mth old Can Corso, will the toys change as hes weight goes up? Would i have to notify you as hes grows (he gains on ave. 10lbs per mth)?
Yes, we grow with your pup. Just update us and we will change his/her weight!
Just wondering if anyone in Canada who has ordered could give me an idea of how long it took to get their box. The shipping information for the company they use has not updated. It says the item had left the seller's facility 5 days ago but still hasn't arrived at the shipping company??
Please allow 7-10 business days for transit from Texas, USA to any location in Canada.
Do you have chew toys for dog weighing 110 pounds. Our Alaskan Malemute LOVES to chew anything.
Of course we do! We have items for dogs of all sizes :)
Is this for bull dogs, or is bully in reference to a bully stick?
Made for all dog types, shapes, and sizes! We simply started with the knowledge tough chewing bully breeds, but it's made for all POWER CHEWERS! :)
Hey thank you for that box it was good for my .
So glad to hear it!
Has anybody gotten one of these boxes that has a Great Dane? Last time I purchased a subscription box the toys were so small he could fit all 12 in his mouth at once.
Hey Emily! Check out our reviews all over the web. Just google "Bullymake" :)
I have no idea how much my sister's dog weight but she is a small to the ground
Give it your best shot! We are great at catering very closely.
I rescue dogs and its hard at times. Ive gone to local stores to get help and they tell me either no or give me false numbers to call
