1. There’s no dog pile, like a Mastiff dog pile.
2. Mastiff drool is unlike anything you’ve ever witnessed… and then they shake their head.
3. Your home, chair, bed and heart all belong to your Mastiff.
4. When your friends and family complain about their animal shedding everywhere… you get to smirk. Go thank your Mastiff for being easy to groom why don’t ya.
5. You’re aware of your Mastiff’s size and he is less aware.

6. The relief that is felt when your Mastiff obviously wants to be just as lazy as you do.
7. When the Mastiff sleeps – the household is aware of it.
8. Your Mastiff can have terrible gas, you may get used to it, but warn your guests.
9. Based on size alone, people will not mess with you when you’re with your Mastiff.
10. The reality that sometimes the best listener in your household is your Mastiff child.
11. Their build, personality and efforts; everything about your Mastiff is big.
12. Your Mastiff is your best friend, and the feeling is mutual. How does this look make you feel when you leave the house? I bet other Mastiff parents have the same experience.
13. You can’t take your Mastiff anywhere…
14. Your Mastiff might be the biggest baby in the household…
15. The only thing better than one Mastiff, is two.

Love the big dog web site
Woohoo! :)
Where's the presa canario list? :)
Coming soon!
Presa is a Mastiff.
What's better than a Mastiff? Absolutely NOTHING!
They're PRICELESS!⭐️????
2 of them!! :D
3 of them actually! ?
I miss my Homer Jay - 226 lbs. of love. A piece of my heart died with him and not a day goes by that I don't think about him : ( He is missed by his mixed breed pack of sisters & brothers.
Any mastiff breed owner can relate lol! I have a Bullmastiff and a Corso, my sweet boys!
Absolutely True but I wouldn't trade My Girl for the World?
I've had a bull, presa canario, Neopolitain , and now Have 2 cane corsos and all of them have been the best ever!!!
One thing you forgot! The fear in a grandma's heart when, across the yard, she sees her 200# English mastiff grand "puppy" get the crazy-eye and decide he wants to frolic. Luckily, the attack is is slow motion!
So true. My mastiffs always used to knock my son down because they couldn't turn quick enough. Lol
I have a boerboel Dogo argentino Turkish kangal hybrid pup who fits perfectly with this list at 8 months old
Two South African Mastiffs (Boerboels) are way better than one! Twice the drool and twice the love
I adore mine. Two neos and a Carso. Puppies in 11 days! Have no idea of their size. Sweet true hearts!
I miss my three mastiffs. I lost all three of them in 7 months. They were 12, 11 and 10. They lived long and happy lives. Miss you Goliath, Zuess and Thor.
262lb mastiff corso she thinks she's a lap dog n trys to sleep in my laundry basket I laugh at her every day but love her to death
You stupid, stupid mush-for-brains jackholes. You are lucky you're not in jail and that the baby wasn't mauled for taking the dog's bone. You have no right to endanger that baby, no matter how much you trust the dog. It's over before you can stop the fatal bite, and you can never predict when the dog will decide to that the child is a threat to her possession.
Haha I was waiting for someone to say something like that. There's always that one person that tries to spoil all the fun.
I have a mastif and beagal mix, a Bastif, lol. Can relate for sure, esp with the snoring, and she still to this day will try to get in my coat like she used to when she was a baby, completely unaware of her size, her nose barely fit in my coat
We have 3 English mastiffs- all girls from 9 years old down to 1 , I have raised 3 grandchildren around them and with the exception of the new pup, my girls always looked around to see where the kids were. Not one was ever hurt - yes there's the occasional "knock down" but the big slobbery lick up the face changed the situation completely. One thing no ones mentioned - mastiffs and water.......maybe it's just our families group of mastiffs 5 in all - but they love to blow bubbles in their water buckets!!! Talk about slobber city! I don't know if they clean out their nose or just love the bubbles! I used to complain when they went down to our lake to do it and got all wet...now I kinda wish we had the lake back...I didn't have to scrub all the snot and slobber out of that!!
But, we love our dogs, I'm 60 now so I gotta watch the knees on the girls fly bys, but wouldn't trade them for the world!!
We have a Cane Corso that absolutely loves the water. So does her mother, but none of her siblings do. Just depends on the dog, and what they are taught as puppies, I think.
with the exception of my current dog, Reo,an american english mastiff, whom was never raised around children, i would trust them explicitly with children. never once has been an issue taking anything away from anything away from them EVER. ive had 7 of them over the years. and yes, they have run people out of the room with teir gas... however i have never gotten used to it myself. many a time i have been very thankful for the furnace runnin to criculate the air and thin out the gas.... i still have a droolcicle hanging in the bedroom from my first dog, Jake- i miss him dearly.
i have 4 off them love them to death
I have three of them and a two pound chihuahua and I love them to death .I call them gentle giants and my chihuahua sleeps on their backs .its priceless .
I have had several Bullmastiffs over the years and some are absolutely terrified of thunder! Anyone else have a thunder scared Mastiff?
I have 2 Cane Corsi one that is 3 and one that is 4 months. I love them to death. I have had many big breed dogs and none of them can compare to my Corsi.
